About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with TDS and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee payment records.
- Record and reconcile payment entries and expense transactions.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and returns accurately and on time.
- Assist in ESIC and EPF compliance and related filings.
- Support in company and tax audit work.
- Maintain accounting records and reports in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
- Technical Knowledge & Skills:

- TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Mandatory
- ESIC, EPF, Payroll Management Preferred
- Zoho Books Experience Preferred
- Company and Tax Audit Exposure Preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
