Role Description The Punjabi Social Media Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the Mohali district, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The person in this role will plan, create, and publish engaging social media content in Punjabi across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing captions, coordinating visual assets, and managing posting schedules. The role also involves monitoring comments and messages, engaging with the online community, and responding to audience feedback in a timely and respectful manner. The Punjabi Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics,



prepare basic reports, and collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader brand and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong written and spoken Punjabi language skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and culturally relevant content.
- Experience managing social media accounts, including planning content, scheduling posts, and community engagement.
- Ability to use social media and basic analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
- Basic familiarity with visual content creation (e.g., using simple design or video-editing tools) is preferred.
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in the Mohali district, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
