Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct R&D; for new products in Nutraceuticals/Food Ingredients in powder and liquid forms.
- Optimize formulations and functionality to improve product quality, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor, evaluate, and interpret data across all phases of product design and development.
- Lead R&D; projects focused on creative food product development.
- Conduct research on new ingredients and their applications in food products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Application R&D; for food ingredients.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and ingredient functionalities.
- Experience in optimizing formulations for both liquid and powder food products.
