Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with TSPs for timely material requisition and delivery.
- Track inventory and ensure material availability at sites.
- Process purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor invoices.
- Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement and usage.
- Ensure compliance with SCM policies and audit requirements.
- Support logistics for site rollout and decommissioning.
- Generate reports on material status and vendor metrics.
- Use ERP tools (SAP/Oracle) for SCM operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in SCM, preferably in telecom.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with valuable analytical ability.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
