- Responsible for setting up the IR program and running the governance processes.
- Setting up the complete process map from concept to implementation.
- Documentation- creating the runbook and all the other documents that will define and run the Incident Response program.
- Program design and governance alignment (NIST lifecycle, IEC 62443).
- Process mapping and documentation using BPMN/Miro/Confluence.
- Playbook and SOP authorship for OT, cloud, and IoT environments.
- Toolchain alignment (SOAR, SIEM, forensic tool standards).
- Metrics definition and continuous improvement loops.
- Cross time zone collaboration with Engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills:

- 8+ years cyber/Incident Response (IR); 3+ years architecting IR or CSIRT programs.
- Deep knowledge of NIST 80061, MITRE ATT&CK;, IEC 62443 incident classes.
- Processmapping expertise (BPMN, Visio, Miro).
- Handson SIEM/SOAR integration experience.
- Fluent English communication (CEFR C1/C2) with proven remotework delivery.
- Track record influencing VP/board level stakeholders remotely.
