Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software packaging and deployment.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide support and guidance to developers on best practices for secure and efficient coding.
- Incorporate test automation into pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, infrastructure, and application performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Build assets and maintain a developer portal.
- Maintain/Manage software packages and base images in the respective registries.
- Advise developers on how to use pipelines for software deployments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DevOps, SecOps, or SRE roles.
- Robust knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Argos, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible,



or CloudFormation.
- Understanding of security best practices and tools for vulnerability scanning and remediation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Open Telemetry, Cloud Native Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
