Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day polymer compounding and production activities.
- Prepare and maintain polymer formulations as per product requirements.
- Work with engineering-grade plastics and different polymer materials.
- Operate and monitor compounding machinery and production equipment.
- Set and maintain appropriate processing parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and feed rate.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of compounded materials.
- Conduct basic testing and coordinate with the Quality team for product validation.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to processing, formulation, and material quality.
- Optimize formulations and processes to improve product quality and production efficiency.
- Maintain proper records of batches, formulations, production parameters, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with Production,



Quality, R&D;, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and production standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in polymer compounding.
- Robust knowledge of polymer materials, additives, fillers, and masterbatches.
- Experience with engineering-grade plastics will be preferred.
- Knowledge of compounding processes and machinery.
- Good understanding of polymer processing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage production-related challenges.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field will be preferred.
