We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist - AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning principles, along with a proven track record of delivering innovative data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities for AI/ML applications.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data science and machine learning.
- Conduct research and development to innovate and improve existing AI/ML solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Skills and Qualifications





- 7-12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
- Solid programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
