Job Description

- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead .Net Fullstack to guide our development team in building robust and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET technologies and a proven track record of leading development projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development team in designing and implementing scalable .NET applications.
- Collaborate with product management to define project scope and deliverables.
- Review code and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and design.
- Participate in architecture discussions and influence technical direction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.





Skills and Qualifications

- 12-16 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Solid understanding of RESTful services and API development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
