- Manage Budget utilization, R&M; and Capex requirement to sending approval note as per the quotation/requirements.
- Vendor Management Interacting with vendors on day-to-day operations.
- Building takes over and maintaining the standards according to the guidelines.
- Vendor Meetings- Organizing monthly meeting and sharing the MOM with closures.
- Quality control Making sure cleaning, Upkeep and safety standards are maintained.
- Best practice & Cost sheet update
- Manpower management for all TPVs
- Internal & external audit coordination during the scheduled visit.
- Coordinating & ensuring all the building related activities
- Monitoring and supporting to the all-CI staff their core area related activities
- In charge for soft service Activities
- In charge for Helpdesk Activities
- Daily round for the building inspection and modification of systems/procedures
- Reviews of the system (along with all the services vendors) monthly to add value on service level.
- Review of HK services monthly
- Weekly review of various issues & improvement of the services.
- Ensure all safety guidelines/requirements are met by team members/vendors.
- Analyze/recommend solutions on complaint analysis.
- Review all check lists daily to ensure smooth operations.
- Periodically check/amend checklists,



operation steps, and material consumption analysis.
- Shall train the housekeeping staff regarding adherence to personal & site hygiene standards.
- Shall reschedule the programs as and when the situation demands for seamless operations.
- Will delegate responsibilities to & monitor the executives.
- Will arrange periodic training programs for all the environmental staff.
- Shall conduct internal inspections to improve the overall services.
- Ensure that the entire premise is hygienically checked and monitored by way of adhering to good housekeeping standards.
- Ensure that all the soft services are carried out as per schedule.
- Ensure that the response time is checked and monitored for all requests/complaints.
- Responsible for Gardening Maintenance and ensure the gardening activities were completed as per schedule.
- Responsible for Pest Control activities and ensure to complete all the pest control activities as per schedule

Desired Role:

- Candidate should have experience managing Property Management in IT / Commercial Sector.
- Solid Communication skills are required with local language Kannada
- Should be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
