1. Handling incoming and supplier end quality
2. Quality system adherence and standard requirements
3. On-Time & Quick response to internal and external stakeholders
4. Conducting supplier end system audit and process audits
5. Supplier improvements & PPAP adherence for current parts
6. Green channel supplier and green channel parts development
7. Simplification in inspection activities
8. Oracle system transactions for incoming material clearance
9. Preparing Quality plan at incoming stage and maintaining records
10. Conducting MSA for inspectors and control chart implementation at supplier end
11. Knowledge of main/related IS, IEC, ANSI standards for testing & inspection
12. Projects on reduction of incoming rejection, use of quality tools for analysis

First article inspection and layout inspection
14. Managing inspection team shift wise and at supplier side
15. Taking initiatives in improving the Systems and Procedures in customer inspection and quality function
16. Preparation and Release of MIS as per Business needs on time, and accurate basis
17. Bring down overall cost of poor quality

Qualification - BE Electrical / Mechanical

Experience - 7 to 15 Years in IQA /SQA
