About The Job:

- Experience Required: 10 - 12 years of experience.
- The role is responsible for service Delivery related to ABAP Development Span.
- Hands on experience in leading the team of ABAP with exposure working on ALE IDOC, Interfaces, RICEFW.
- Work experience BAPI, BADI, USEREXITS, BDC is must.
- Hands on experience in creating reports and interfaces.
- Minimum 10-12 Years of IT industry experience.
- Relevant SAP Certification is Must.

- AMS Delivery Management for ABAP span.
- SLA/KPI Management for ABAP span.

- Resource & Capacity Planning.

Qualifications:

- Experience implementing User Exit, BADIs, or Enhancements to further customize out-of-the-box solutions in SAP.
- Able to research SAP issues through OSS, evaluating, applying and testing OSS notes.
- Can work independently and manage task individually.
- Take ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certification would be an advantage.
- Motivated candidates with good communication skills & fluent English.
- Communicate the understanding of customer concerns and requirements with the internal team to work and resolve gaps/issues.
- Understand the requirements and provide value-added suggestions.
- Rigorous and concerned by delivering high quality work in a challenging environment (multi-cultural).
- Managed international clients/requirements and familiar with offshore-onsite model.




- Having positive accredit from previous organization on the deliverables.
