Job Description

About the role:
This role owns the basic functional configuration, maintenance, and adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM, working closely with the People Technology team, BT, and People stakeholders to keep the system running reliably and evolving with the business. You will also safeguard the quality and governance of People master data and produce the reporting that gives People and business stakeholders clear, trustworthy workforce insights to support decision-making.
You will act as the bridge between People team and BT team,



translating functional HR process requirements into well-configured system solutions, and transforming workforce data into clear, reliable, and actionable insights.
This role suits someone with strong Oracle HCM functional expertise and a solid grounding in People data and OTBI reporting.
What Youll Do:

- Oversee and maintain the optimal function of Oracle Fusion HCM, including basic configuration, maintenance, and testing across HR modules (Core HR, Absence, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Performance, and Learning).
- Act as the key point of contact for daily HCM operations for People staff, for maintenance roles, and new system users; provide system support and analysis to leverage technology solutions for various user groups.
- Oversee HR master data quality define and enforce data governance standards, manage access controls, and ensure data completeness and accuracy across all Oracle HCM modules in accordance with the Company's HR Master Data Management process.
- Produce data extracts and standard reports (e.g. headcount, attrition, hiring, performance); maintain alignment between HCM transactional data and reporting layers. The primary focus of this duty is data quality and reliability.
- Partner with the People team and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve Oracle HCM processes, data quality, and reporting; work alongside Prasanth (People Analytics)



to keep functional ownership and analytics support well-coordinated.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum four years' experience in HRIS administration or systems operation in an interdepartmental environment, with hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience covering at least three modules (e.g. Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance).
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud data structures and subject areas (Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Comp & Ben).
- Solid understanding of People, Payroll, and Finance business processes and their interdependencies within an HCM system.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation; ability to manage multiple stakeholders across People, IT, and the business.
- Good understanding of People metrics and workforce analytics concepts (headcount, attrition, DEI, mobility), and experience producing data extracts and reports that support decision-making.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), or Power BI for HR reporting is an advantage.
- Ability to present technical information in an understandable way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive People data with discretion.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills; a self-starter able to work independently in a complex, global IT landscape.
