Job Description Role&responsibilities; n n n Maintain QuickBooks Online books for the group's foreign entities - AP, AR, bank feeds, journal entries. n Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations across all foreign entity accounts. n Record intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany balances between the India group entity (Tally) and foreign entities (QuickBooks).n Track foreign currency transactions, exchange gain/loss, and month-end FX revaluation. n Prepare monthly MIS / close packs (P&L;, balance sheet, cash position) for each foreign entity. n Coordinate with the foreign entities' external CPA / tax preparer for annual filings, sales tax, and state filings as applicable. n Support the AP cycle - vendor bill entry, approvals, and payment runs (ACH / wire) for foreign entities.n Assist with export invoicing documentation and cross-entity trade reconciliation between the India and foreign group entities. n Maintain supporting schedules for auditors (fixed assets,
prepaid, accruals) for foreign entity year-end audits. n n n Preferred candidate profile n n n Graduate / Post-Graduate (Commerce background preferred).n Hands-on QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience with US / foreign entity books is essential; QBO Certified ProAdvisor certification is a plus (not a substitute for practical experience). n 2-5 years of hands-on QuickBooks bookkeeping experience, ideally for a US-based or other foreign entity (BPO / KPO / remote accounting background a strong plus).n Working knowledge of US GAAP basics, sales tax concepts, and multi-currency accounting. n Comfortable working overlapping US time-zone hours for part of the day. n Solid Excel skills; exposure to Tally is a plus (for intercompany reconciliation with the India books). n n
