Skills:

Understanding of medical billing process and US healthcare system

Ability to read and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)

Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes (added advantage)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good typing speed and computer proficiency

Familiarity with billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, or similar)

Basic knowledge of denial management and payment posting

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)

Willingness to learn and adapt to process updates
