Job Description:
1. Handling critical complaints with the highest level of technical excellence, including detailed investigation, root cause identification, and preparation of comprehensive Technical RCA reports. 2. Overseeing field campaign activities with complete end-to-end ownership, ensuring timely and effective closure of all actions. 3. Coaching and mentoring field engineers to build a skilled, reliable, and high-performance field team. 1. Hands-on experience and strong technical expertise in industrial engines, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and failure analysis. 2. Educational background in Electrical Engineering (Degree/Diploma), supporting hands-on experience in industrial and field applications. 3. Proven expertise in diesel engines and After Treatment Systems with robust troubleshooting capability
