Key Responsibilities1. Visual Design & EditingCreate and edit visual assets for campaigns, lookbooks, social media, paid ads,website banners, presentations, and print collateral. T2. Brand Storytelling & Content DevelopmentResearch visual references, contribute to mood boards and creative decks, andtranslate briefs into cohesive visual stories.3. Shoot Production & Content CapturePlan and execute photoshoots in collaboration with photographers, videographers,stylists, and marketing teams, while also being able to independently captureproduct shots, behind-the-scenes content, and quick-turnaround visual assetswhen required.4. Front-End Rollout & Asset ManagementOwn the rollout of visual assets across website and social channels, coordinate withinternal teams and external vendors, and maintain a structured digital asset librarywith proper archiving and backups.5. Content Performance & OptimizationTrack how visual content performs across platforms and use insights fromengagement and audience response to refine future creative decisions, improvecontent effectiveness, and support ongoing campaign optimization.
