Role OverviewThe Pre-Sales Manager – Quality Engineering & Testing will lead the Testing & Quality Engineering Practice with primary responsibility for pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, OEM relationship management, and implementation of enterprise testing platforms. The role will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Technology Partners to design and implement world-class Quality Engineering solutions while growing the Testing Practice.Key Responsibilities· Lead the Testing Practice from both a technical and business growth perspective.· Support Sales teams in pre-sales activities, customer meetings, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.· Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer testing maturity and recommend appropriate QA solutions.· Prepare solution architectures, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation plans, and effort estimates.· Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), product demonstrations, and customer presentations.· Own strategic OEM relationships with SmartBear, TestRail, Xray, Atlassian ecosystem partners, and other testing technology vendors.· Manage OEM certifications, partner enablement, licensing opportunities,



and joint go-to-market initiatives.· Lead implementation, configuration, migration, and integration of SmartBear Suite, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, Jira, Confluence, and related DevOps platforms.· Design enterprise testing frameworks, governance models, workflows, dashboards, and reporting standards.· Advise customers on test automation, API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD quality engineering practices.· Provide technical leadership to implementation teams and ensure successful customer adoption.· Develop reusable implementation accelerators, best practices, and service offerings.· Identify current consulting and managed services opportunities to grow the Testing Practice.· Build and mentor Solution Consultants, QA Architects, and Test Engineers.· Represent the organization at OEM events, customer forums, webinars, and industry conferences.Core Competencies· Pre-sales & Solution Consulting· OEM & Partner Management· Enterprise Tool Implementation· Quality Engineering Strategy· Business Development· Practice Management· Customer Success
