Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a hardcore B2C / telesales team to achieve aggressive sales targets.Drive motor insurance sales, revenue, conversions, and business growth.Take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Monitor team productivity, conversion, call performance, and overall KPIs.Conduct regular sales coaching, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion and revenue generation.Ensure strong focus on target achievement, upselling, cross-selling, and customer conversion.Handle escalations and ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.Prepare and review MIS reports to track team performance and identify improvement areas.Motivate the team and build a high-performance,



target-driven sales culture.RequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in hardcore B2C sales / telesales / inside sales.Hardcore sales experience is mandatory.Experience in Motor Insurance / General Insurance will be highly preferred.Proven team handling experience at TL / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager level.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and revenue numbers.Experience managing high-volume sales teams in a target-driven workplace.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle sales pressure and consistently deliver business results.Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days' notice will be preferred.Interested Candidates?
