If you love turning ideas into eye-catching visuals, this role is perfect for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate & edit short-format videos or motion graphics using Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred but not mandatory).Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, marketing campaigns, in-app banners, and website assets.Work with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar to create high-quality design materials.Contribute to the creation of branding materials, icons,



and visual elements that strengthen FLIP’s identity across platforms.Assist in designing UI/UX graphics and supporting visual assets for mobile and web interfaces.Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to bring fresh concepts and visual ideas.Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative assets.Stay updated with current graphic design trends, color styles, typography, and digital design standards.Requirements & SkillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Strong understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, and layout design.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (InDesign, After Effects, or Canva ).A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into polished visual content.Basic understanding of UI/UX fundamentals (preferred but not mandatory).Good communication and teamwork skills.Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.A portfolio or design samples showcasing your creativity (mandatory).What You’ll GainHands-on experience designing for a fast-growing fintech product.Opportunity to work on real branding and marketing campaigns that reach thousands of users.Mentorship from experienced designers, marketers, and founders.A chance to build a qualified portfolio with high-impact projects.Potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
