- Execute implementation activities across lifecycle phases
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, andensure accurate system configurations and rule setups
- Configure product modules based on client workflows and requirements
- Validate configurations through UAT support and scenario testing and troubleshootconfiguration issues during implementation and post go-live
- Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customersuccess, and support to drive smooth implementations
- Identify and escalate risks, resolve issues proactively,



and communicate statusupdates to stakeholders regularly
- Foster strong client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities forupselling or expansionRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field
- Hands-on experience in implementations of SaaS products, preferably in healthcareor healthtech sectors
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Willingness to work overlapping time zonesPreferred Qualifications:
