We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our resort property.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in resort/hotel operations, team management, guest satisfaction, cost control, vendor coordination, and overall property management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the resort.Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Maintenance and Activities.Maintain high guest service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.Monitor occupancy, revenue and overall operational performance.Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.Manage procurement, inventory and vendor coordination.Negotiate with vendors and ensure timely availability of operational requirements.Monitor staff performance, attendance,



discipline and productivity.Lead and support department heads and operational teams.Control operational expenses and minimize wastage.Support sales and marketing initiatives to improve occupancy and revenue.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration.3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.Prior experience in managing a resort/property is preferred.Strong knowledge of hospitality operations.Good leadership, communication and team-management skills.Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.Good understanding of budgeting, inventory and cost control.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Location: BengaluruIndustry: Hospitality / ResortEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: As per industry standards
