Designation: Sales Support / Sales CoordinatorJob description - The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales / Service sales team in managing customer relationships, preparing quotations for specific accounts, tracking sales performance, and ensuring effective communication between various departments. This role includes compiling sales reports, handling enquiries, and monitoring key sales metrics to provide insights to the management team.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue quotations/offers for specific accounts in coordination with the sales team.Ensure timely submission of quotations to customers and follow up to trackCompile sales reports from sales teams across all zones and present a consolidated report to management.Analyse sales performance data to highlight trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Track the sales team’s performance, including dispatch schedules, collections,



and inventory management.Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key sales metrics, such as sales dispatch, collections, and inventory levels.Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and performance metrics.Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, inventory) to ensure smooth sales operations.Support the sales team in administrative tasks, including order processing, dispatch coordination, and client follow-ups.Skills / attributes required:Qualification – graduate3-5 years’ experienceExcellent English communication (verbal and written)Experience with research and maintaining databasesProficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience in CRM will be and added advantageJob details:Employment Type - Full-timeSalary – As per industry standardJob Location -ManesarEarly joiner needed
