Job Overview: Senior role within NovaaOne Capital’s Healthcare / FIG Investment Banking practice, with responsibility for leading transactions, driving business origination and building senior client relationshipsQualifications:Education: MBA from a top tier Institute/CA; CFA would be an added advantageExperience: 10-12 years of Investment Banking experience, with strong transaction execution experience or relevant sector experienceKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of M&A;, IPO and capital raising transactions across the Healthcare / FIG sectorDrive business origination and client relationships, including senior-level engagement with promoters, CXOs and investorsIdentify and develop new M&A; and capital markets opportunities through sector expertise, market intelligence and investor relationshipsProvide strategic, financial and valuation oversight across transactions, including structuring, negotiations and transaction strategyMaintain strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, market developments, and news flow, and assess their implications on transactions and clientsLead and mentor transaction teams, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery Skills:Strong Healthcare sector knowledge and demonstrated client / business development capabilitiesStrong financial modelling,
