and people management.Ensure manufacturing, logistics, and erection activities are aligned with project schedules and Just-in-Time delivery requirements.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong project management experience within the construction sector.Proven experience in precast manufacturing and erection.Sound technical knowledge of concrete technology and precast systems.Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.Experience managing Just-in-Time delivery programs.Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with Joint Venture partners and project teams.
