Leaders must have managed P&C; insurance delivery for any or all area such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial etc.Client Service Delivery:Lead end-to-end delivery management for multiple clients across global regions, including USA, Europe, APAC, China, and Japan. Implement robust governance frameworks to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with operational standards. Drive metrics-based performance management and proactive risk mitigation strategies. Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Business DevelopmentFormulate strategic account plans leveraging current footprint, capabilities, and partnerships. Identify opportunities for AI adoption and align solutions with customer priorities and competitive landscape. Structure deals and articulate value propositions addressing client pain points and strategic objectives.



Establish Centers of Excellence and build strategic alliances to unlock new revenue streams.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain solid relationships with client stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.Manage P&L; to achieve top-line and bottom-line growth targets.Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and manage escalations effectively.
