This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing high-value client accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. You will be responsible for developing strategies, building relationships, and handling customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Opportunities: Explore new markets, clients, and partnerships in the US high-tech construction industry.
- Develop Strategies: Design and implement plans to access new opportunities and grow the business.
- Build Relationships: Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to establish rapport and generate business leads.
- Follow Scripts: Adhere to standardized communication scripts to ensure consistency and compliance. Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US accent preferred).
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with business teams in various US states.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficient with basic computer skills and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Experience:
- Prior experience in the US calling process (customer support, sales, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling outbound and inbound calls is mandatory. Soft Skills:
