About the Role Wolfable is looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple industries and markets. You will work across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing campaigns for clients in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, and other B2B and B2C businesses. This role is not just about running ads. We are looking for someone who understands the complete performance journey, from audience and keyword research to creative strategy, landing page experience, conversion tracking, optimisation, and reporting. Success in this role means consistently improving campaign performance, generating quality leads, identifying opportunities, and communicating actionable insights to the internal team.Responsibilities: Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaignsManage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, Lead Generation, and Conversion campaignsConduct keyword, competitor, audience, and market researchDevelop campaign structures based on client objectives and target audiencesMonitor and optimise CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS,



and other performance metricsAnalyse lead quality rather than focusing only on the number of leads generatedWork closely with designers and content teams to develop performance focused ad creatives and copyRecommend improvements to landing pages and conversion journeysSet up and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion trackingBuild remarketing and retargeting audiencesConduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, audiences, and campaign strategiesManage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple client accountsPrepare explicit monthly performance reports with insights and recommendationsIdentify underperforming campaigns early and proactively recommend solutionsStay updated with changes across Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI driven advertising, and performance marketingQualifications:Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta AdsGood understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion trackingStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to understand campaign data and turn it into actionable decisionsUnderstanding of landing pages, conversion optimisation, and customer journeysExperience managing multiple campaigns or client accounts simultaneouslyGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to take ownership of campaign performance and deadlinesAgency experience will be an advantageGoogle Ads or Meta certifications are a plus
