Currently seeking experienced E&M; coders who are CPT coding experts of E&M; cases performed ED Facility, IP EM.

Exceeds the productivity standards as per productivity norms.

Focuses on continuous improvement.

Focuses on updating skills, knowledge and accuracy by participating in coding team meetings and educational conferences

Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of coding ED Facility, IP EM. Good analytical skills. Sound anatomical knowledge.
- Should be certified from AAPC/AHIMA. Certification must be active.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Nursing / Life Sciences / Paramedical field.
- Active state nursing license - mandatory.
- Should be certified from AAPC/AHIMA.



Certification must be active.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for medical record review.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in computer applications and coding tools.
- All certifications and licenses must be active.
- Flexible, reliable, and detail oriented.

Work Schedule & Telecommuter Requirements
- Full-time role: 40 hours per week.
- Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM IST (Weekends off).
- High-speed broadband internet connection required for work from home.
- Must adhere to telecommuter and data security policies.
