#Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused **Post-Sales Manager** to manage client relationships after the property sale, ensure smooth documentation and coordination, and deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the post-sales journey.

#Key Responsibilities

* Manage post-sales activities and maintain strong relationships with customers.

* Coordinate with customers regarding documentation, agreements, payments, possession, and other formalities.

* Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

* Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

* Track customer requests and ensure timely resolution.

* Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update CRM systems.

* Follow up with customers for pending documents,



payments, and other requirements.

* Ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to possession/handover.

* Prepare regular reports related to customer issues, pending cases, and post-sales activities.

* Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

# Requirements

* Minimum *3 years of experience* in post-sales/customer relationship management in the *real estate industry*.

* Graduate in any discipline.

* **Fluent English communication** skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

* Good knowledge of real estate post-sales processes and documentation.

* Strong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

# Compensation

₹50,000–₹80,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
