Role - Merchandising Manager (P&L; Owner)Location: Mumbai Budget: 30 LPANote: Need someone who is very robust in numbers and is mote strategic and strong in P&LAlso;, someone who has exp in some e-comm company Role Summary We are looking for a commercially driven Merchandising Manager with end-to-end P&L; ownership experience to drive category growth, profitability, assortment planning, pricing, inventory management, and vendor partnerships. Key Responsibilities Own and manage category/business P&L.; Drive merchandising strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and promotions. Analyze sales, customer, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Manage inventory, stock turns, sell-through, and markdown optimization. Lead vendor negotiations and commercial partnerships. Collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams.



Track category performance and drive revenue and margin improvements. Candidate Profile MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, JBIMS, or equivalent).8-10 years of experience in Merchandising, Category Management, Buying, Retail, or E-commerce. Proven track record of managing P&L; responsibilities. Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills. Experience in Retail, Fashion, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods preferred.
