Role Type: Business Analyst
Number of Openings: 2
Total Experience Required: 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document requirements for digital wealth enablement initiatives
- Support PI (Program Increment) planning and Agile ceremonies for the wealth workstream




- Conduct process mapping and stakeholder management across business and technology teams
- Contribute BA expertise to wealth management journey and Relationship Manager (RM)-facing initiatives
- Support backlog grooming and requirement validation throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required / Must-Have Skills

- Proven experience working in digital environments and initiatives
- Robust PI (Program Increment) planning capabilities, with demonstrable expertise in Agile methodologies and ways of working
- Robust core Business Analyst skills, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Familiarity with wealth management journeys and processes
- Understanding of Relationship Manager (RM) functionalities within financial services
