Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L&D; professional from the Jewellery industry to manage training and employee development initiatives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training needs across sales, retail, customer service, and operations.
- Design and conduct training programs for showroom and sales teams.
- Conduct training on jewellery products, diamonds, gold, gemstones, sales, and customer handling.
- Develop training modules, presentations, SOPs, and learning materials.
- Manage induction, onboarding, refresher, and skill-development programs.




- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records and reports.
- Work with HR and business teams to improve employee performance.

Requirements

- Graduate / MBA / PG Diploma in HR, L&D;, or a related field.
- 5+ years of L&D; / Training experience.
- Mandatory: Jewellery / Gems & Jewellery industry experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience training frontline jewellery sales/showroom teams.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Power Point and Excel.
- Experience handling training across multiple showrooms will be an advantage.
