Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits / Performance Rewards SME to manage and oversee compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and timely execution. The candidate will support salary revisions, bonus and incentive processing, benefits administration, payroll-related activities, annual compensation cycles, and employee queries.

The role requires strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Performance Rewards, HR processes, Workday, and preferably Singapore HR policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, validate, and oversee complex Compensation & Benefits transactions.
- Manage salary revisions, annual salary review cycles, bonus payouts, incentives, and variable pay processes.
- Execute compensation and benefits activities according to SOPs and organizational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee compensation records in Workday/HR systems.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by ensuring timely and accurate compensation data.
- Handle escalated employee queries related to payroll, benefits, compensation, and performance rewards through ticketing systems.
- Support compensation and benefits audits and ensure audit readiness.




- Provide SME support for compensation frameworks, benefits policies, and rewards programs.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Support compensation benchmarking and benefits optimization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting automation, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to internal controls.
- Prepare and maintain compensation-related reports and documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B;).
- Robust knowledge of Performance Rewards / Total Rewards.
- Experience in salary review and compensation management.
- Experience with bonus, incentive, and variable-pay processing.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processes.
- Experience handling employee compensation and benefits queries.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, SOPs, controls, and compliance.
- Experience working with Workday HCM / Workday Compensation is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
