Experienced Release Coordinator to manage, plan, and oversee end-to-end software release lifecycle across all environments from Non-Production (Dev, QA, UAT) through to Production, ensuring smooth, controlled, and risk-free deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain release schedules, release calendars, and deployment plans in coordination with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
Coordinate and oversee build packaging, artifact management, and deployment activities across Non-Prod and Prod environments following change management processes
Raise, track, and manage Change Requests (CRs) through ITSM tools such as Service Now or Remedy; ensure all releases follow CAB approval processes and compliance requirements




Serve as a central point of contact for all release-related communications; provide timely status updates to project managers, business teams, and leadership
Identify release risks, dependencies, and impacts; develop rollback and contingency plans to minimize downtime and production incidents
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience for SSE level, in Release Management or Release Coordination in an enterprise IT environment; ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Protected methodologies, version control tools (Git), and release tracking tools; excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Service Now."
