Job Description:

- 1. Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Strategy

- 1. Lifecycle Ownership: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for

- offline acquiring products (UPI QR, Soundbox, MicroATM / POS).

- 2. Feature Execution: Author detailed PRDs (Product Requirement

- Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with

- Engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams for timely releases.

- 3. Innovation: Identify market trends (e.g., Credit on UPI, NFC tap-and-pay,

- Soundbox innovations, Value-Added Services like billing & inventory

- integration) to build competitive product differentiators.

- 2. Partnership Development & Alliances

- 1. Ecosystem Onboarding: Identify, pitch, negotiate, and onboard recent

- strategic partners, including acquiring banks, payment aggregators,

- hardware OEMs, switches, and card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay).

- 2. Integration & Commercials: Structure commercial constructs (MDR splits,

- interchange, revenue share models) and manage end-to-end technical

- integrations (APIs, SDKs, ISO 8583 standards).

Partner Governance: Function as the primary bridge between internal teams

- and external partners (NPCI, acquiring banks, card networks, terminal

- hardware suppliers).

- 2. SLA & Escalation: Define operational SLAs with acquiring partners and

- vendors; lead regular performance reviews to resolve technical bottlenecks

- or settlement issues.

- 4. Product Performance & Business Growth

- 1. KPI Management: Own key business metrics including Monthly

- Transacting Merchants (MTM), Total Processing Volume (TPV/GMV),

- Transaction Success Rates (TSR), Terminal Uptime, and Churn Rate.

- 2. Go-To-Market (GTM): Work with Sales, Merchant Operations, and

- Marketing teams to design merchant onboarding flows, sales enablement

- kits, and incentive structures.

- 3. Funnel Optimization: Continuously optimize onboarding funnels (KYC

- drop-offs, device activation times) and transaction success rates across

- different acquiring routes.
