Role Description The Social Media Handler will manage the brand’s online presence across key social media platforms, with a focus on showcasing Ambika Fashion Empires’ products and engaging with the audience. This full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata involves planning and executing social media calendars, creating and posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends relevant to fashion and retail. The individual will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. Daily tasks include coordinating photo and video content, tracking performance metrics,



and suggesting improvements to increase reach and engagement. The role requires consistent on-site coordination to align social media activities with in-store promotions and overall brand objectives.
Qualifications

- Ability to manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and other relevant channels).
- Strong skills in content creation, including basic photography, videography, and visual storytelling for fashion products.
- Experience with copywriting for captions, posts, and short-form content that aligns with brand voice.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including campaign planning and online brand promotion.
- Ability to collaborate with on-site teams, maintain clear communication, and coordinate content with store activities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple posts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Prior experience in social media handling, especially in fashion or retail, is preferred but not mandatory.
