As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software performance and functionality, contributing to the overall success of the project and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.





Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.
- Experience in integrating SAP PP modules with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production planning configurations to enhance system efficiency.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in an SAP environment.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within SAP PP.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
