Job Description:

Required Skills/Qualification:

- Graduate
- Travel certification/ Diploma is required
- Basic understanding of Travel domain is mandatory
- Knowledge of GDS is important
- Good communication skills
- Result oriented and self-driven
- Flexible to work in shifts as per client requirements
- Positive on Multitasking and Time management.
- IATA/UFTAA/ will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Role: -

- Responsible for booking/cancelling and amending air and hotel bookings made using Online portal/Offline bookings.
- The incumbent shall ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines or policies relating to the business area he/she is going to handle and must be quality conscious.
- The incumbent would be required to consistently understand and exceed customer's requirements whilst ensuring effective team- work at all times.
- The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have high willingness to learn.
- The incumbent should have an eye for detail with high focus on quality and controls

Qualifications:

Higher Education Diploma with 0 - 3 years of relevant experience
