Job Description Job Title: General Manager– Sales (Luxury Residential Real Estate) n Location: Mumbai n CTC: Up to ₹90 LPA n About the Role n We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head – Sales to lead luxury residential sales for a premium real estate developer in Mumbai. The role demands deep expertise in HNI/UHNIclient management, strong market understanding of Delhi's luxury real estate landscape, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.n Key Responsibilities n n Sales Leadership: n Lead and drive end-to-end sales for luxury residential projects in Mumbai. n Revenue Generation: n Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in topline revenue. n Client Relationship Management: n Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners.n Strategic Planning: n Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the luxury real estate segment. n Channel Management: n Strengthen broker and channel partner networks to enhance sales pipeline. n Market Intelligence:
