This is an execution-focused role, working within established standards to keep freight billing, in-transit visibility, and delivery documentation accurate and on time— with strong exposure to the US transportation landscape. n n What You'll Don n Own end-to-end Billing operations— invoice processing,



validation, discrepancy resolution, and timely closure n Manage Track&Trace;— monitor shipments in transit, proactively flag delays and exceptions, and coordinate with carriers and customers to resolve them n Handle POD Management — collection, verification, and reconciliation of delivery documentation n Apply US transportation standards, carrier requirements, andcompliance norms in day-to-day processingn Partner with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and delivery discrepancies n Maintain accuracy and turnaround times across Billing, Track&Trace;, and POD workflows, following established SOPs n n n What We're Looking For n n Hands-on experience in transportation operations, specifically in Billing, Track&Trace;, and POD Management n Working knowledge of the US transportation landscape— carriers, standards, and compliance requirements n Strong attention to detail and process discipline n Comfortable operating within established SOPs and frameworks n Good communication skills to coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teamsn n
