Profile: MIS Manager (HOD)

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Automation or a similar role
- Experience in manufacturing/textile industry will be an advantage

Roles:

- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for management and different departments
- Build and improve flow management systems with Production and QA access
- Automate daily reporting and repetitive processes using Google Workspace tools
- Handle Google Apps Script and App Sheet-based automation
- Develop and maintain reports using Looker Studio and Google Sheets
- Manage Big Query-based data and reporting
- Handle basic web development requirements
- Troubleshoot daily MIS-related issues and ensure timely resolution
- Develop KRA/KPI dashboards for performance monitoring




- Manage ERP-related reporting and data requirements
- Work with APIs/REST APIs for data integration and automation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Support IT infrastructure management and coordinate on system-related requirements
- Use AI tools to improve reporting, automation and business processes
- Lead and manage the MIS team

Qualification:

- BCA / MCA / B.E. / B. Tech. or equivalent qualification in a technical field
- Candidates with relevant technical education and robust MIS/automation expertise can be considered
