Profile: Senior Accountant

Experience

- 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, statutory compliance
- Experience in a manufacturing, export, or furnishing industry will be preferred.

Job Profile / Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing of books.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents for statutory and tax audits.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage vendor payments, customer reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Monitor inventory-related accounting and coordinate with stores, procurement, and other internal departments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com) is mandatory
