Job Description

- We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React and Ruby to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to develop user-centric features, optimize application performance, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using React (frontend) and Ruby (backend).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
- Optimize application performance, including database queries and UI rendering.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure high-quality code.




- Stay updated with the latest trends in React and Ruby development and propose innovative solutions.

Skills:

- Robust proficiency in React:
- Hands-on experience with modern React (hooks, context, functional components).
- Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or similar.
- Familiarity with Type Script is a plus.
- Proven expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails:
- Deep understanding of Rails architecture, MVC design pattern, and Active Record.
- Experience building and maintaining APIs and background job systems (e.g., Sidekiq).
- Strong understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Proficient in modern version control systems, especially Git.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec, Jest, or Cypress.
- Strong knowledge of deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
