Overview:

We are looking for Qualified CA with post qualification experience of 2-3 years. Ideal Candidate shall be responsible for Pricing recent Bids, RFP analysis, Building Finance models for various Scenario’s etc. This role needs to work with Top Management, Sales and Delivery Heads etc.

Responsibilities:

Deal Pricing & Commercial Structuring / Business Finance

- Lead financial evaluation of new IT bids, client contracts, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Build cost-estimation models to help determine the right selling price for software, consulting, and IT services.
- Calculate margins based on delivery costs (e.g., resource hours, cloud usage, and overheads).
- Partner with the Sales team to structure commercial terms and client discounts without hurting overall profitability.




- Presenting to Higher Management and getting approvals.
- Analysing various MIS reports, Variance analysis of Project Performance (Bid vs Did) etc.

Requirements:

- Certification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (Preferably in Services Industry/ Consulting). Big 4 Articleship is added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: Commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and the ability to explain complex numbers to non-finance teams.
