Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Service Now modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to design and implement workflows, business rules, and automation within the Service Now platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Service Now with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Service Now environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
