n Role Overview
n As Delivery Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-stream banking transformation programs, with a focus on Banking Domain. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, robust governance, and successful program outcomes across global engagements.
n Key Responsibilities
n Program Leadership:
n n Lead and oversee the delivery of complex, multi-entity Banking transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
n Drive program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
n n Team Management:
n n Manage and mentor cross-functional teams spanning business analysis, technology, QA, infrastructure, and DevOps.
n Foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective resource allocation across projects.
n n Delivery Excellence:
n n Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements.
n Drive cadence reviews, status reporting, escalation management, and change control processes.
n n Stakeholder Engagement:
n n Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.




n Act as the primary escalation point for program delivery issues and risk mitigation.
n n Continuous Improvement:
n n Champion best practices in delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe, DevOps) and value-based services such as automation and system engineering.

n n Key Requirements
n n 20+ years of experience in Tier 1 IT Services, FinTech, or Product organizations
n Familiarity with tech stacks such as Cloud, Microservices, Java, Spring, etc
n 15+ years of progressive experience in IT product or banking technology delivery
n Proven track record in managing large-scale product deliveries in Corporate Banking
n Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies
n Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary global teams
n Experience working in deadline-driven, high-pressure environments
n PMP/Prince2 certification preferred
n Willingness to travel as required
