Job Description We are hiring for our client – SAP HCM Payroll Expert
n Location: Pune & Bangalore

Key Responsibilitiesn n Expert-level support for SAP HCM Payroll – German Payroll (DE)
n Handle and resolve incidents from HR Users & HR Key Users
n Support monthly payroll runs, re-runs and corrections
n Strong experience in German payroll laws, regulations and statutory processes
n Configure and customise SAP HCM Payroll
n Design, analyse, modify and create Payroll Schemas & PCRs
n Analyse, modify and create Wage Types and integrate them into payroll schemas/rules
n Customise Infotypes and Payroll configuration tables
n Work on HRFORMS / SAPSCRIPT for payslips, employee certificates and HR documents
n Support payroll posting and resolve technical issues during payroll processing
n Support tax, social security and statutory reporting for German Payroll
n Analyse,



adapt and implement interfaces with German statutory authorities
n Support current payroll implementations, SAP Notes and Support Packages
n Consult HR/business teams on new payroll requirements and regulatory changes
n Must-Have Skillsn SAP HCM Payroll – German Payroll (DE)
n 9–12 years of SAP HCM Payroll experience
n SAP HCM On-Premise
n Strong expertise in Payroll Schemas & PCRs
n Wage Types & Payroll Configuration
n German Payroll laws, regulations & statutory processes
n Monthly Payroll Run & Payroll Support
n HRFORMS / SAPSCRIPT
n SAP Notes & Support Packages
n Incident Management & HR Key User Support
