Telecaller Team Leader — Job DescriptionJob Title: Telecaller Team LeaderJob Summary:Responsible for managing and inspiring a team of telecallers, ensuring daily calling targets are achieved, monitoring performance, and improving team productivity.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise a team of telecallers.Set daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions,



and team performance.Train and motivate team members to achieve targets.Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues.Maintain daily performance reports and attendance records.Ensure proper follow-up with leads and prospects.Coordinate with the Recruitment/Sales Manager regarding team performance.Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.Leadership and team-management ability.Target-oriented and self-motivated.Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.Prior telecalling, sales, or recruitment experience preferred.Experience: 0 –3 years in telecalling/sales/recruitment, with team-handling experience preferred.Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and performance.
