We are looking for an experienced YouTube Manager & YouTube SEO Expert to manage and grow our established YouTube channel in the Ayurveda, Women’s Health, Fertility & Wellness niche.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete YouTube channel management and growth strategy
- YouTube SEO: keyword research, titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags & metadata
- Research trending topics and high-search-volume topics
- Improve CTR, watch time, retention and subscriber growth
- Optimize existing videos for better rankings and views
- Study YouTube Analytics and provide actionable growth reports
- Competitor/channel research and content gap analysis
- Suggest video topics, hooks, titles and thumbnails
- Coordinate with content writer, video editor and thumbnail designer
- Develop strategies to increase organic subscribers and reach
- Keep updated with YouTube algorithm and SEO changes

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of hands-on YouTube SEO/Channel Management experience
- Proven experience of growing YouTube channels organically
- Robust knowledge of YouTube Analytics & YouTube Studio
- Excellent understanding of YouTube SEO and keyword research
- Experience in health, wellness, Ayurveda, medical or similar niches will be an advantage
- Must be analytical, creative and result-oriented
